I have homestaged a beautiful house with sauna in Bad Nauheim (Hessen), but unfortunately I don’t have the rights to publish the pictures/video of it. This house was a project where the owners decided to separate.

Home staging doesn’t only help to reach the full potential of the house, it also helps to release the emotional stress after a divorce or the death of a loved one.

The biggest lesson I learned from this project was that full home staging produces the best results. After the photos were taken, the owner removed the furniture and decorations, and the potential buyers arrived with high expectations, but left disappointed because the house wasn’t what the pictures in the listing showed. I hope the owner learned this lesson and won’t remove the furniture next time.
